a Piedi (henceforth 'the Site') keeps confidential all personal information that visitors provide via online orders, customer registration and server logs. Personal data provided in an online order is purely used to complete and fulfil the order and for customer service. We will only send you email newsletters if you have signed up to our website or consented to receiving our newsletter emails. Our newsletters are used to inform customers and subscribers of product launches, subscriber only promotions and seasonal offers. Your personal data will not be shared with anyone for marketing purposes.
Security
a Piedi uses Shopify Payments (Stripe) for all debit/credit card payments and PayPal for PayPal only payments . Shopify Payments automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you are using an approved browser, one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Once your information reaches us, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers. a Piedi do not store any debit or credit card details once the transaction is complete.

Your information is only disclosed with third parties that assist us in completing your order, such as payment processing and fulfilment. Only the minimum required information is provided to such third parties.

The total liability to a Piedi arising from any claim against it shall not exceed the price of the merchandise supplied by a Piedi to the customer together with any shipping costs incurred. A Piedi will not be liable for any loss arising to the customer, be it from a breach of duty or anything else. a Piedi cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on its Site.
No Unauthorised copying of Material
The entire contents relating to a Piedi, including but not limited to; text, graphics, logos and images, are the property of a Piedi. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any portion of the Site contents without the prior express written consent of a Piedi.
Payment
Payment can be made by any method specified on our Site. We will take all reasonable precautions, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you and if a third party procures unathorised access to any data you provide when accessing ordering from the Site.
Where payment is made by credit or debit card, you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected plus delivery costs. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellation will be made to the same card. If your card cannot be verified or is any way unacceptable, the order will be cancelled immediately. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we deem questionable and any funds paid will immediately be credited back to the debit/credit card used.
Pricing
a Piedi has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this Site; in particular we try to ensure that all the prices shown on the Site are accurate. Where a product's correct price is lower than that paid, we will refund the difference to you, and despatch your order in the usual way. Where the correct price is higher you will have the option of proceeding with the order at the correct price, or cancelling the order.

All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling. All prices are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges.
Title
Title to the product passes at the time of dispatch from our warehouse. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused during delivery. This is covered by the shipping insurance.
Liability
We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss arising out of the use of any product purchased from this site.
General
You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee and therefore shall not be in any way responsible for the security or privacy of this Site and any information provided to or taken from this Site by you.

These terms and conditions, together with our current Site prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us.
