Delivery and Returns

A Piedi delivers worldwide. 

Deliveries may take longer than usual due to COVID-19. Thank you for your patience.


All UK orders are delivered by DPD.

  • NEXT DAY DELIVERY: £8 (Orders must be placed before 2pm) 
  • SAME DAY DELIVERY LONDON: £25.00 (Orders must be placed before 1pm). Please note this courier option is only available for delivery to London zones 1-3. 


Orders outside of the UK will be delivered by either DPD Local, FedEx or Royal Mail.

Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes for which the customer is solely responsible.



Orders to the US will be delivered by either DPD Local, FedEx or Royal Mail.

We will send you an email confirmation upon placing an order. This will contain information including details of your order, as well as your chosen delivery address. Your goods will then be sent out within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and your card automatically charged. If there is any delay in delivery, we will notify you by email.


We will aim to process and ship your order within 24 hours if the items ordered are in stock. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and are not responsible for any delays associated with the delivery. Your order may take longer to be dispatched if the item is not in stock. 

Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available. 

Title of the goods shall pass to you at the time payment for the goods are received by us in full. 

Risk in any product ordered will pass to you upon dispatch of your order.


We currently accept most debit cards, credit cards and PayPal for all payment transactions. 

Your card will be charged when your order is ready for dispatch.

Our prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling. International orders will be transacted at the exchange rates prevailing at the time of purchase by your credit/debit card company or PayPal.


We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from a Piedi. If you are in any way dissatisfied, you may return or exchange your goods within 14 days of receipt provided your order is returned unused and in its original condition.

Please note that a Piedi is not responsible for the cost of returning an item. When you return your goods, please obtain proof of postage as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Before returning any product you must first email your request to .In the event of faulty goods please refer to the information regarding faulty goods below. 

Once your email request has been acknowledged by us, please complete the Returns and Exchanges form attached to the Shipping Note included in your parcel, and include this in your return. A Returns Address label is also included, please attach the Returns Address label on to the parcel. 

Items to be returned for a refund or exchange should be sent to the following address:

We will refund your card used for the full amount of your payment of the returned product, less delivery charges, (unless the goods you received are faulty or not as ordered. See Faulty Goods below).

Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us and a further 7 working days for your amount to be refunded on your credit card.

For purchases outside the UK, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through a Piedi. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please note, due to the varying processing times of individual issuers, card refunds may take up to thirty days to appear in your account.

All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.


We accept returns providing they are unused, unwashed, in a resalable condition and are returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all A Piedi tags where applicable still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.


If you would like to make an exchange, please follow the returns instructions above indicating that you would like an exchange.

On the returns slip, please indicate your preference - different size / style / colour. If the item has a higher price, we will contact you for the balance payment. If the exchange item is lower in price, we will refund you the difference. 

Please email us if you wish to exchange your purchase and are outside the UK. 


Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have seven working days from receipt of the faulty item to inform us of the fault. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

If you return an item to us because it is faulty, we will include with your refund the postage that you were charged when purchasing the item, and the postage you paid when returning the item to us provided the items are sent via UK 2nd Class postage (this does not affect your statutory rights).

If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we shall only refund the cost of the returned item, and you will be fully liable for the postage paid when returning the item to us and when purchasing the item.
